Before Proceeding to log a ticket, please take note of the following important information:
graphics and marketing material:
All Marketing Items must be placed a minimum of 3 weeks before they are needed
All website changes/additions or requests must be signed off by a Director.
SIgnage and other promotional material must be ordered minimum 3 weeks before needed
All shows and events take preference over other marketing material
social media posts must be discussed with either delano or johan serfontein
logo and presentation requests must be put through the ticketing system
business cards:
ORDERS MUST BE PLACED A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY ARE NEEDED
LOCAL BUSINESS CARDS ARE LIMITED TO 50 PER ORDER PER PERSON
AFRICA BUSINESS CARDS ARE LIMITED TO 100 PER ORDER PER PERSON
PLEASE PROOF READ YOUR INFO, MISTAKES WILL BE PAID FOR
BULK ORDERING MUST BE DONE ON THE "BULK BUSINESS CARD TEMPLATE"
SPECIAL ORDERS OF LARGER QUANTITIES CAN BE REQUESTED, BUT ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.
all shows such as nampo, golf days, etc., take preference. All orders are put on hold during any events and shows so as to ensure full attention is given to our group events. tickets will be handled as soon as the relevant event has concluded.
